9:00 a.m.-Auditor - Miscellaneous board approvals - liquor license, cigarette permits, monthly and quarterly county officer's reports, public event permits, etc. (if needed).
-Appropriation resolution transferring budgetary authority between various departments for year end expenditure purposes, if needed.
-Interfund transfer resolution for local option tax projects.
-Interfund transfer resolution between the Conservation Land Acquisition Trust Fund and the General Basic Fund, if needed.
-Resolution designating a portion of the General Fund balance for county facility capital projects and major software updates, an election equipment replacement fund,  and an aerial tax mapping project fund.
-Resolution designating the balance in the Secondary Road Local Option Tax Fund for road and bridge projects.
-FY16 Salary Resolution.
-FY16 Master Appropriation Resolution.
-Set compensation rates for township officials.
-Set compensation rates for election officials.
-Appointments to the Conservation Board, Board of Adjustment, Planning & Zoning Commission, and Veteran Affairs Commission.
-Discuss the fire inspection requirements for liquor license renewals.
-Approve claims.
-Various committee reports from the Board of Supervisors.
9:30 a.m.-County Community Services - Miscellaneous board approvals.
9:45 a.m.-Engineer - Miscellaneous board approvals.
-Set a date to receive bids for resurfacing the courthouse parking lot.
10:15 a.m.-Sheriff- approve FY16 city law enforcement and communications contracts.
10:30 a.m.-Treasurer - update the county's Depository Resolution.
10:35 a.m.-County Attorney - Closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5 (1) c, to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation.
11:00 a.m.-Present the Iowa Department of Natural Resources draft permit for final approval of the confinement animal feeding operation construction permit for D & B Pork, LLC (Dominic  and Ben Hogan) in Section 8 of Castle Grove Township, and consider a request to waive the 14 day waiting period.
