          Position requires excellent customer service, communication and computer skills. This would include proficiency with multiple computer tasks and programs. The applicant must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to multi-task, and quick to respond. Desired applicant must work well with others, have excellent oral and written communications skills, able to work with numbers and have the ability to appropriately handle confidential records and information.  No previous dispatching skills required, but are helpful.

We are a 24/7 operation so this position would require a person who is flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.  The starting pay is $14.66 per hour up to $16.50 per hour depending on experience. Part-time Clerk II Position


Part-time position, working 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities will include assisting customers, working with IDNR licensing, vital records process­ing,

assisting genealogical researchers, taking passport pictures and general office duties.

Applicant must be proficient with MS Word and Excel, be detail-oriented, able to organize and prioritize.


The desired applicant must be a team worker with excellent oral and written communication skills.
